Hi all,
I have the same problem as Sergey and am in the process of trying the multiple normal cleans. I would appreciate however to know the procedure to change the print-head in case I get to that stage.
Many thanks

I've done four normal cleans and a deep clean with no change in the nozzle check printout.
Here is the latest printout.

@alastair athompson, well there no more to be said, and you can stop wasting your ink because the head is beyond saving, it has an electrical problem on two sides of the block.

It’s time to go shopping, sorry... :(

I suspected as much so I have put in a order for a new printhead from eParts.fr.
I believe that you have a procedure for replacing it, if you could send it to me I can decide on the best further course of action.
Many thanks

Hi Guys, just an update. I am delighted to say with a massive amount of help from The "Hat" my Pixma Pro 1 is now sorted. I did think at one point it would be a visit to the local tip with it but purchased the new printhead from CRC Tasktron and had detailed instructions on how to remove the top cover and install. And hey what do you know its now working superb again!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Delighted. Thanks for all your comments and especially to "The Hat".
