Canon Pro-100 Took a tumble and now I cannot get it working properly

It seems like it just has sticky stuff holding it on
You could use a paper clip and bend it in a circle to just fit onto the shaft, or a rubber washer that can be stretched to fit the shaft..

Just make sure the circular disk is in the correct position on the shaft..

Ok, so I don't think those clear disc's have anything to do with my issue. I lined them up, and they are remaining in the same orientation, but end up at different positions each startup. They do both still point the same way. The print head still isn't advancing beyond 1/4 of the way across the bar. I can push it fine by hand with no resistance at that point. Italmost feels like I need to move it down the pulley somehow. Does anyone know if that is possible? Here is an updated video.
