The iP4300 print head is type QY6-0061 and the iP4500 uses the QY6-0067 or the replacement type QY6-0075. Print heads for the iP4500 cannot be used in an iP4300 and vice versa.
I think a new print head for the iP4300 is nowhere to be found. Beware of refurbished print heads or claimed to be new OEM from the Far East offered on Ebay. They are often used and defective print heads that have been cleaned to look like new and repackaged in counterfeit foil bags and cardboard boxes.
Maybe you could find another printer that uses the same cartridges at a thrift store, flea market or Craigslist or similar?
Printer models that use the QY6-0061 print head are iP4300, iP5200, MP600, MP800 and MP830
Other printer models that use the PGI-5/CLI-8 cartridges but a different print head are iP3300, iP4200, iP5300 and iP6600/6700. The latter is a photo printer with no PGBK.
There are also some all-in-ones: MP500, MP610, MP810, MP960 and MP970.
Some of the models also exist in R-suffix versions. These are similar to the normal versions but have added network connectivity.
I cannot promise the lists are complete or error free.
I wish you good luck in finding one of these printers that IMO were some of the best printers made for the home user.
