That makes sense, thanks for the explanationThe ink base is a mix of water and glycoles with different ratios in Epson and Canon inks, there is one relevant physical property which is important - the amount of energy to heat and boil the ink and expel the ink drops - thermal/bubble printing method - and there are other parameters like viscosity and surface tension which need to stay in correct ratios by the ink components , you can look them up in the MSDS - Material Data Safety Sheets - .
What about the longevity of the 106 inks compared to the 114?
