Colormunki argyllcms scanning template

Hello just out of curiosity, would anyone have a printable "ruler" for scanning of small patches with a colormunki and argyllcms that they would be willing to share? I believe I've seen something here for A4 but I'm having problems finding it.. and I'm using letter paper.

I typically use a plastic ruler on one side to guide the device but I wanted to try something different.

I have found this on my computer. To be printed on a sheet of A3 thick paper and to be glued to together to make the scanning jig/ruler.
