It was one of those days.....but a very nice midsummer evening nevertheless....I was helping a companion tourist to get his Rover out of the water. I guess about everybody may have some other nice pictures for the 'Ooops' category.

An "oops" category sounds good and that's a nice pic @Ink stained Fingers Reminds me a bit of the day we took our Jeep through the river. Fun times...

Was it the tourist in his WaterRover?
I went to Iceland with my own car, and met a guy with his rover stuck in the river, I saw him passing through the water and then getting stuck. The Land Rover was a rental car. We went off with my car to get some local help, which took a while, those folks got the car out of the water and had some fun since this was not the first mishap at this location in that year. And then Black and White came along , watched the action and went off again.

Nice example of how mountains crumble away over millions of years.

If you look at Colorado landscapes, I always wonder where all the debris goes to leave the monuments standing in the clear. I suppose it's all a question of where the mean level is.
