It's not just the color temp but there is as well a CFI parameter - color fidelity index - the daylight spectrum is typically continuous , the light of a tube is not. So such tubes get additional internal coating to equalize such spectrum to a degree.Truelight 6500K tube
It's up to you whether you (think you) need a norm light box , I have seen several assemby instructions on the internet for those. And there are some other points to consider - do not dim down the light in the room you are working with your monitor, the room, the walls should have some rather neutral wall color, not a predominant color of a paint or tapestry which may cause your vision system to adjust to another bias.
This could be an issue with the room light - different during the day or in the evening.I often have been misled by soft proofing and viewing prints in the evening.
