Epson ET-2856 not printing Double-sided

Hi, hopefully someone can help, I want to print a double-sided booklet using card ( 160gms). Sometimes the printer works perfectly prints Pages 1 and 4, stops takes the card back in and prints pages 2-3. Other times, when printing Pages 1-4 it goes straight through, and I get a message " paper size does not match the paper size in your PC), can anyone please help.

Most likely the 160gm is too heavy for duplex operation, use a 120gm paper or switch to manually feeding the 160gm paper yourself..

Hi and thanks for your reply. I thought I had resolved the problem, I saved from a Publisher document to a PDF and successfully printed 50 double sided menu cards and the printer then decided not to print the reverse side. I had to manually feed the remaining 10.
