Canon Pro9500 Mark II -- Help with emptying Matte Black Cartridge

InkMiser This may be a dumb question but what type of drill do you use?

I like to hold the cartridge in a small vice and use a 3mm high speed drill bit in a 7.2 volt Hitachi screw driver with some tape on it for a depth marker.
As you only need to drill the hole once I find its better to take time with it and get it just right..
