I Googled "Total Cost of Ownership" for Laser and Inkjet. You might get lucky if you include a specific make and model of a printer you are interested in.

What printers do people/businesses find well working and reasonable in cost to operate in your area? Figure out what you want to do with your printer and then seek out local opinions from those with similar printing habits.
