The way I see is that no two guys have the same setup or the same computer components or for that matter the same O/S, so the chances of MS getting it right straight out of the box are millions to one.
There are also so many hackers out there trying to get something for nothing (The Free Upgrade) for instance, and are only too willing to bad mouth MS because the hack didn’t go their way, especially after they mislead others into trying the same hack.
When or if, MS gets its finger out and stops trying to please everyone, then we may get a decent stable O/S that will work first time, it’s also high time they stopped supporting 32 bit in their newer O/S and using a proper file system..
