Edit: I have since the posting installed Malwarebytes Browser Guard and it blocks access to the site because it might contain malware activity. You can override the warning and continue to the site, but do so at your own risk and be sure to scan the downloaded manual before opening it.

Nodevice is a commercial download site. It looks like the price per download is 5 $. It might be worth checking out if you can't find a free download. I mentioned them more than 10 years ago. Back then you had to subscribe to make downloads.
