Just dropped you a support email basically going back over the issues mentioned here. Will understand if there is nothing you can do about the used cyan cart as they rightly and fairly have no warranty. Did not even really want to bother you over things which are to all purposes pretty minor. The syringe and how poorly that has stood up to my flushing antics is perhaps the biggest shock.
