OK here is an update on my progress for refilling these new PGI-29 cartridge tanks.
After a number of failures I have come up with a fairly easy solution to the problem.
Anyone can make up this refilling tip from any of your needles in your refilling arsenal.
I am going to call The Hat Tip refilling method for argument sake because thats all it is.
Just take a needle then twist and pull out the steel section from the plastic holder and your half way there.
Next put the needless base onto a syringe just for safety sake and cut, trim off the little winglets on either side of the base till they are smooth.
If you fit this to a larger 60 ml syringe you now have the new refiller.
You can either fill your syringe first or later it doesnt matter just fit your new tip to the end of the syringe and your ready to refill.
Here is an up-date on this procedure.
Since making this thread I have revised the method slightly so now the cartridge needs to be on bottom with the syringe on top.
There is no need to remove any of the ink from the cartridge only the air and thats accomplished
better if the syringe is held above the cartridge and follow this procedure instead (Link Below).

These cartridges are as easy to refill as the PGI9 cartridge with almost the same methods used just a different gadget on the syringe that all.
Now all I got to do is find out where I can get all of the inks from..
