The object of the exercise is to refill the tanks when they are still half-full and this will maintain the ink monitoring for quite some time, as for how long I dont know that just yet.ink hatter said:Ok Now the cartridges been filled
How do we over come the chip Can this be reset or do you over ride it
If over rideing the chip what is the sequence to do this
If you have to disable the ink monitoring on one of the tanks then just hold in the resume button for five or six seconds and the printer will then continue to print as normal.
This practice is not as worrying with this printer because of the huge size of the ink tanks
so long as you remember to do a top-up occasionally by checking their weight..
