probelm after refill my canon pixma ip2770

j have a canon ip2770
it works beautifully with the included ink tank (print head attached to ink tank)
then the black and color cartridge ran out of ink. i then refilled them.
the color cart works fine after refill
but problem with the black cart.

i scan the paper of nozzle pattern, sample microsoft word print, and alignment page
i upload to mediafire,change *** to com: mediafire.***/?4n2r8bw9pxc718a
i confirm there is no virus in the rar file,


please everybody help me analyse the problem. thanks
i wonder if the printhead of black cart is clogg or i use not-compatible ink to refill (though i know the black cart use pigment ink-based)

is your printer converted to continous ink?

no, i just use the genuine ink tank, i refill then!

Did you use your printer's function to clean and/or deep clean the black cartridge ?

Are you certain your black ink is compatible to this particular cartridge type ?

Next time you upload images make sure you trimmed them, decrease resolution and increase compression somewhat and use image upload services instead of generic file upload because some members find archived files untrustworthy.

What ink did you use (manufacturer, code)? How much did you put in each cartridge?

i use pigment ink based, i refill about 6-7cc for black cartridge then

refilling pigment ink for that genuine cartridge can damage the cartridge head..!!!Try to buy a genuine new cartridge!!and use dye color compatible for 2770 when refilling.

as far as i know, the pixma ip 2770 use hybrid ink system pigment ink for black cartridge, dye ink-based for color.
