- Canon ip8750
Hi, after much searching on the internet I am hoping someone here may be able to help me with some recommendations.
I have a wedding stationery business that mostly works with digital templates. I am looking to get a printer so I can produce tests and proofs for social media, some limited printing for bespoke customers and some art prints.
My work features a lot of bright coloured patterns and illustrations so I assumed a photo quality printer would give the best results.
The printer would need to handle card stock around 300gsm, envelopes etc and a range of fine art paper.
After some research I am torn between the canon pixma IP8750 and Pro PIXMA pro 200.
My main hesitation with the pro is the extra costs both of the unit and inks. and the bigger footprint (I am working from a very small home office)
Whereas the IP8750 seems to have greatly reduced paper support.
If anyone can offer thoughts and opinions that would be greatly appreciated. I am based in the UK if that makes a difference.
