Is this more spam..
At power on, the white led blinks 5 times then orange and white start to blink 10 times each one and then repeat. I tried to print a nozzel check but a window appear with the message, translated from italian " Support code B200, an error occour, the printer has to be repaired, power off, remove the cable from the socket, then, check the user manual and contact the service center". ThanksSo the printer turns on and blinks. But how many times do the LED light blink, and it turns on, but can you make nozzle check.
If you are correct about the LED blinking sequence then that has nothing to do with the print head, and you need to clear that error before you can proceed with anything else. Start by turning on the printer.the white led blinks 5 times then orange and white start to blink 10 times each one and then repeat.
There is really nothing more we can do our end, there is something wrong with the position of your output tray and how it sits when opened. What could be the problem?
No, try raising the outlet tray and then lowering it again, ask the previous owner what he did in that area to cause this issue to arise..Maybe Is there a microswich or something like that to check?
The problem you have is you do not have full control of the printer, can you open the ink doors, does the print head move when powered on, or does the error prevent you from any input, the alternative is to send it to a Service Agent or buy a new print head..I'm a bit confused about the errore code. According to the manual attached, 10 flash of Power lamp alternated with 10 fashes of alarm lamp correspond ti B200 errore while 10 fashes of alarm lamp correspond to paper tray error.
