So the printer turns on and blinks. But how many times do the LED light blink, and it turns on, but can you make nozzle check.
At power on, the white led blinks 5 times then orange and white start to blink 10 times each one and then repeat. I tried to print a nozzel check but a window appear with the message, translated from italian " Support code B200, an error occour, the printer has to be repaired, power off, remove the cable from the socket, then, check the user manual and contact the service center". Thanks

If you are correct about the LED blinking sequence then that has nothing to do with the print head, and you need to clear that error before you can proceed with anything else. Start by turning on the printer.

The outlet paper tray needs to be reset, so try extending the front paper tray fully, then return all the flaps and close the paper tray and put in the upright position, then press the Resume/Cancel button to reset, the error should clear..

I've tried to reset the output paper tray following your indication but nothing change.:(:( I've attached a Power on video in which you can see the blinking sequenze. On the PC the message say support code B200.
Thanks

There is really nothing more we can do our end, there is something wrong with the position of your output tray and how it sits when opened.

There is a small button on the right side of the paper tray that someone may have pressed to print a CD and didn’t complete the operation and that could also be your problem..

If this error is not cleared first then you get the B200 Service error..
These may help.. paper.JPGeject.JPG click to enlarge..

No, try raising the outlet tray and then lowering it again, ask the previous owner what he did in that area to cause this issue to arise..

I tried again with the paper tray but nothing change. I'm a bit confused about the errore code. According to the manual attached, 10 flash of Power lamp alternated with 10 fashes of alarm lamp correspond ti B200 errore while 10 fashes of alarm lamp correspond to paper tray error.
When powered on i get 10 Power lamp flashes and 10 alarm lamp flashes. I've posted also a video relevant ti the start up.
Thanks again.

The problem you have is you do not have full control of the printer, can you open the ink doors, does the print head move when powered on, or does the error prevent you from any input, the alternative is to send it to a Service Agent or buy a new print head..

Another good option is to get another printer and forget this one, it will save you in the long run..
