Thanks to the traditions of German immigrants, I have enjoyed many a chocolate Easter Bunny in my life.

This lockdown can be quite interesting when you try new things. This was the result of an experiment in loaf making with oats and plain flour. Some fine tuning of the yeast quantiity needed
