Hi

I have printed many many documents on this printer, never had a problem.

Recently I printed some 250gsm glossy photo paper 6" x 4" which printed fine.

Since then though when using normal plain paper, the sheet feeder takes more than one sheet every time, not exactly aligned, then struggles to sort out where the paper actually is in the feed.

Any ideas? before I throw it out and buy a new one.

Paper handling is tricky. About the only thing you can do is Clean the paper path of any foreign substances (like bits of paper) and clean the paper path rollers.

Thanks, tried all that, just wondered if there was a micro switch or something which has not reset itself to normal paper thickness?
