Hi,
I bought a new EPSON ET-18100 and have the problem, that prints are a little bit too long.
I print on custom paper size (329 x 579 mm) and a printed square of 310 x 558 mm is 310 x 561 mm long. So it is only stretched.
Borderless printing is not possible for custom formats, so I have no possibility to add overprinting. But I believe with overprinting the print is also wider not only longer.
Has anybody a hint, what could cause the problem?
I tried with and without bidirectional printing and other printing medias. Epson first level support has no useful hints (I should look for clogged nozzles )
Thanks
Holger
