in my case, no error report either
A catastrophic event, like a brain aneurysm hemorrhaging. Lights out.

Why your printer and not someone else's with similar usage? Lemon? Flawed? Refilling related? Aftermarket supplies related?

Not enough data to say one way or another.

you never know where is the weak link until it breaks
Sounds like a job for the lady in black. She always finds the weakest link.

I try to take care of my second Maxify and worry a bit about the irregularities in the cyan nozzle checks.
No missing nozzles but the dots are smeared at some places. Goes up and down.
Magenta is flawless.
Download and view with 200%
Any ideas ?

Can you be more specific or provide an image that is magnified and marks the issue please?

Thanks for the clarifying images, pal.

There does appear to be some vertical and horizontal distortions in the Cyan swath and repeating vertical distortions in the Magenta swath.

Could this be scanning artifact or an electrical issue? Not sure what or what to do.

Are your prints affected?

@palombian, your cyan is behaving similarly to the yellow of my first MB5150. In my case, no ill efects on the images but I understand that you're not pleased.
In fact, what failed in my first printhead wasn't yellow but magenta, which died suddenly without any warning one day after printing a perfect nozzle check.
I expect that these minor hiccups in the yellow channel are the effects of third party inks, ?. I wouldn't know.
Maxifys are like this. Take them or leave them but don't try to understand them .. :D

@stratman , IMO the vertical ruptures are normal, it is just another row of nozzles

@Artur5 , the cyan ink is expired Lucia, it recovered a good part of the nozzles in the previous printhead, yellow is expired Lucia EX, magenta and black still are octopus.de (as long as they behave while the stock lasts).

Maxify carts do not have paddles to stir up the ink as the PRO-10 and the likes, but large format carts are stationary, the only circulation is by air entering when ink flows out, so I doubt pigment deposit should be a concern.

Edit;-
