iP2750 15 orange light flashes won’t reset?

Image on the left is the original cartridge as you can see the light is out so i replaced this cartridge and the light stays on with the new cartridge but the orange reset light continues to flash.

Same recommendation with an addition: gently clean the contacts on the chip on the problem cartridge and the corresponding contact on the print head with a soft pencil eraser or a lint free cloth or paper towel and isopropyl alcohol. Make sure all is clean/dry before reinstalling.
