I Work at a refilling store called island ink jet and we've been refilling Hp 60 cartridges for a while until we realized that 80% of them had come back because they had malfunction after a few uses.
We first thought it was the circuit witch was made in a way of a single use mostly like the Epson 69,78,88. But we then discovered something really tricky : the sponge of the hp 60 is not taking must ink but the one from the hp 60XL is taking up to 15ml of black b7 ink. So by opening the cartridges up and change the sponge of a hp 60 for the sponge of a hp 60XL and fill it up to 15ml, it would not only re manufacture the cartridge but also make it a XL all the time(more ink we like Xp).
Has someone tried or discovered something about this subject?
