So half hour before demonstrating your ability to lead a horse to water and have it drink:

Give a good feed of dry horse pellets, and dry chaff.
Lock the horse up without access to water.
Upon doing your demonstration walk the horse onto the arena where a water trough is available, ask the horse to work briefly in circles passing the water,
Allow the horse to rest, a couple of steps away from the water, allow the horse some think time.
Announce that you will now demonstrate that you can lead a horse to water....and it will drink!

As I understand the choice and this oversimplifies the problem, Elements should meet your requirement, as would Lightroom but the latter is more orientated towards bulk processing.
