I have a laptop running Windows 10 32 bit and it doesn't like the 40 MB TIFF version of the test image. It is the same problem as with Windows 8. See this post to see how Windows 10 gets the colours wrong in the 40 MB version of the test image. With Windows 10 I recommend the 6.8 MB .jpg version of the test image or you could convert the 40MB 16 bit/channel image to 27 MB 8 bit/channel. The 8 bit/channel image is handled well by the newer Windows versions.

did you get your.tiff file problems sorted out ? Could it be that you got into a problem because the image is in 16bit colors with the ProPhoto color space assigned ? You may convert the image with a colorspace aware program down to 8bit/sRGB to make it more universal for some software.

It looks like both the computer and the printer accepts the 40 MB TIFF file.

I know very little about Mac computers and Epson printers, but I have had a similar problem with an old HP printer on a Windows computer. The solution was un-installing and re-installing the printer.

Could the problem be a paper feed problem? Does the printer give any error messages?

Printing from a Mac is completely different to a Windows PC, there are many more tabs with different setting in them when you first start out, and if any of these setting conflict then the print job won’t start or fails in the middle. :smack

Start off with a plain test print and then advance your selection a little more, there is no need to waste more paper, use the half-printed sheets again, the biggest issues are usually, incorrect paper size and or image orientation, the print driver on Mac’s has not changed since the Gothenburg Bible.

It’s the only time you have to really think when using a Mac device...

i was using 13 X 19 paper and 8.5 x 11 i think the paper were a little torn but never happend to me before in any kind of machine, i will considere its some kind of conflict on drivers cause before were installed like 3 epson machine different and at first it was a pain in the ass to get the drivers installed and i think i tried too much time now i need to remove and test, anyway the quality of the prints are good, i'm using fujifilm paper i don't know the model cause the person that sells me it just gave me the page i will try to find wich one is but i put ultra premium glossy photo paper and the result when it prints is good :)
