Epson et-18100 printheads touching paper and leaving all the inks smearing and black on sides where it touches

Hello everyone, i recently upgraded to an et18100, i was thrilled, the printer itself its awesome the quality its superb, i used for one week with no problem, this morning one of my high glossy holographic sticker paper got jammed, i think no big deal it happens from time to time, i removed the jammed paper cleaned the error and resumed printing, i was wrong big time the next paper started doing some weird noise, like prinheads touching the paper, i immediately cancelled the printing and checked with a nozzle check. light magenta and cyano where slightly missing runned a cleaning cycle and resumed, again the printer was touching the paper, so i tried with normal paper, but the proble is it touches with normal paper too, is the printer roasted?

Since you just recently got the ET18100 I would propose you to contact Epson for a possible repair under warranty.
