Getting Fingers Dirty
I wish to change the battery on a redsetter. Having done a brief search on this subject through the forum I have found lots of information on the actual battery change and use of AA batteries etc but what I am looking for (and I know it's there as I have seen it ages ago) is specific information on removing the base of the redsetter.
The plastic base has 9 dimples on it and I suspect the four corner ones somehow hold the top in place so I guess we are looking at drilling at those 4 points and somehow replacing the the thing with screws.
Can someone who has done this give me specific instructions... ie. size of drill, best way to reconnect the base to the top.
Thanks.
