Yes I’m sorry to say, and sadly it would only take a new print head to get you back in business again, but they are no longer available from Canon stockist, there are rubbish ones available on eBay, but don’t waste your money, because none of them work..

Indeed, no original head to be found, and I just restocked my ink:barnie

Im looking for alternatives now. Second hands are offered for €250,- but that would be an expensive bet, since i dont know how long one of those will last until it blinks ten times.
Pixma Pro 200 would have been an option if i didnt just spend money on other stuf.

See if you can pick up a Pro 100 second-hand, your ink stock wouldn’t be all wasted if you can..

The Pro 200 is not that refill user friendly..
