Can you ID this printhead?

I just bought a used Z Corp 3d printer. It uses a standard printhead that they have manually cut the top off of and epoxied in a vial. One of mine is giving back an unable to read temp error and the other is not working well. It didn't do anything until I cleaned it in an ultrasonic cleaner in isopropyl. Zcorp wants $135 for new ones and recommends replacing them every 5 billion pixels. I'd rather make my own. Pics below:

I think it is modified from a Canon BC-22e ink cartridge (with integrated print head on it). I looked at a BJC4300 printer with a BC22e. It looks identical to me. The orientation and the number of electrical contacts are identical. I do not see any difference from the bottom half.

Thanks Tin Ho,
I think you pointed me in the right direction. It's a monochrome 128 jet head. I think it's a BC-20. The current machines use off the shelf HP heads so I'd been looking for an HP.

Thanks,
Kevin

The BC-20's showed up yesterday. You guys are going to hate me for this, but I cut the circuit card/nozzle-majig off the filled tanks. Then I superglued them to the ZCorp modified tank and squirted "Amazing Goop" into the two holes on the back to seal the tank to the nozzle. The first one worked great for a while. I squirted about 50 million pixles through it. I let it sit parked in the suction cup for a while. When I tried to use it later it was streaking badly. I tried cleaning it but had no luck. I then modified the second one and it worked great. I printed some parts and parked it in the suction cup filled with distilled water over night. This morning it's giving an under temp warning, then no temp, then no head. I also only got about 50 million out of it. Zcorp says they should be good for 5 billion. I'm going to take the streaking one to work and stick in the ultrasonic cleaner Monday. Do you guys know where I can get just the heads without a tank? I saved the ink from the tanks but at the rate I'm going, I can start a refilling business on the side. It looks like I'm going to need a few hundred to do what I want to do. The part I want to print right now is 767 million pixles and it's not that big.
