or you look for a L 1800, the L805 as an A3+ printer. Those super 99$ deals for a Canon Pro 100 as an A3 dye printer in the US are not available elsewhere, Canon is playing tricks with different sales regions as well.

The ET-7750 is the A3+ version , o.k. - you get plenty of good ink with these units - 2 sets of bottles

I read from PCMag UK that the Ecotank 2700/ 2750
only prints borderless to 10x15 cm ( 4x6 inches) which is annoying for me. The ET 7750, Canon G series or the Epson L should be ok for me.
If the ET7750, then you and I should open a photograph store. There are no complains about this model, I mean you can change Waste Ink tank, Din A3 feed from backside, Micropiezo Printhead... I'm gonna buy next month. Tell you later.

This is wrong, I installed the driver and went through various driver settings - borderless is available for the A4 format and various other sizes - yes, including 10x15 cm as well, all for various paper types.
This printer uses a printhead 180 +3x59 nozzles which is used in a wide range of regular Workforce models , L series inktank printers like the L310 up to L486 and in various lower end Ecotank models including the ET-2700. It is a very reliable print mechanism overall, I did more than 60 000 pages with one model , but sure there are limitations that this printing system is not optimal for photo print - ref droplet size - very slow with higher quality settings - some driver tricks to get the black ink used for photo prints
