I guess I was a bit too quick to post, I could just have scrolled up to post #225 and read the purpose of this thread.

We have had a rather dry winter so far. This week end forecast was for SOME rain, and strong wind....

Wind was so strong it blew nearly all the colour away!!

.........and just four hours later the wind abated.....and most of the colour came back

...the sheds and structures are all my own handy work, most of it since I retired....still lots more to do..

Chookarama! (Chicken house) and run. The tree roots (left of the silo, coop) is all that remains of a 120' peppermint gum tree that decided to topple in the right direction. Took about a week for a local wombat to dig a burrow beneath it. He/she ignores the chickens and fences and continues to use it from time to time

I did not know it snowed in Australia. Thought it would be as rare as snow in Florida, but just read your South has a full four seasons.
