KODAK Ultra Premium Photo Paper is RC paper? does it have OBA's ?
Yes I'm looking for RC paper without OBA's .

Do you have any other requirements/needs for the photo paper?

It might help target recommendations e.g
- The HP Premium Plus Glossy A4 is still available on amazon.it in some quantity. Is that not of interest? Is it too expensive
- Do you want the same quality level, e.g., weight and quality reputation, or is that flexible
- What are your price requirements if any
- Do you prefer OEM papers targeting a particular printer and inks (and so which one) or do you want to cover those variables on your own
- If A4 is not a must and 8.5x11 is not an anathema to you, and you are willing to pay the shipping costs, the HP Premium Plus Glossy 8.5x11 in 50 count quantity is ~€21.36 (not likely yet, just thinking outside the box)

If the Kodak papers don't have OBAs that does sound like a great option for you.
