Hello,

Just a Warning regarding anyone thinking to try to sell on Allegro. While the customer part of their website is getting better with more products listed in English every day. The seller part is fraudulent to say the least.

I tried listing some of my computer stuff in 2023, and only after listings were created I began having problems adding my EU back account. Allegro supported only Polish bank account despite being in European Unions and by Law they need to support all EU counties bank account. I had to reach to Polish consumer rights regarding this and they ruled in my favor, despite this I still was unable to add my account. Some months later I made a purchase on Allegro where I needed a refund, and it seems Allegro has calculated 1.47PLN / 0.35Eur debt for services that they "provided " where I could not technically get paid because my bank account was not added.

I was instructed to pay the 1.47PLN then I would get a refund. I did so. The debt way paid and I got my refund.

I year later 2025 Mar 4 I got email from a debt collector company on behalf of Allegro that calculated additional 74,34 PLN this makes it 4272% interest rate !!!!
I confirmed with Allegro I have not debt to them. I instructed them that did not sign any contracts with them stating 4272% interest rates on any unpaid money.

"1. Show me a signed contract with Allegro where it is written that interest rate of 4272% is calculated for unpaid dept.
The only Terms and Conditions I read is https://allegro.pl/regulamin

2. The 74,34 PLN is requested on behalf if Allegro
"Our client has now requested that your full remittance should be made payable to the following bank account:"

Therefore as I said you should say to the debt collector that debt is allready PAID and that this document reached me after a YEAR I have paid you.
I will not PAY any interest rates of 4272% I did not agree upon signing for selling on allegro.

Have a good day."

Hello,

I think I repeating my self, and I do not want to repeat it. Do you not understand English?

Regarding the interest rate of 4272% for amount of 1.47 that now is 74,34 PLN

You confirmed multiple times that I have no debt to allegro. It has already been PAID a YEAR AGO.

If you sold debt to some crazy interest rate debt collector and they FAILED TO get money before I returned debt, then it is YOUR problem.

"As much as I understand your situation, it's Intrum that's dealing with the debt for the time being exclusively. We've passed them the debt - please continue that correspondence with Intrum. They're the only eligible, at the very moment, for the interest rates and paying the debt off. We'll be notified by Intrum whenever you settle the debt, being the only way for us to lift the account's sale restriction.

On top of that we've indicated the debt's reason and stand by it. While I understand the financial aspect of paying it off, it doesn't justify not doing it in the end."

1. I do not deal with scammer companies, I have returned debt to Allegro, no intentions to pay interest rates of 4272% I did not agree.

2. Lets see what Consumer rights protection of Poland has to say about your tactics.

3. Lets see what public has to say about your tactics of dealing with 1.47PLN debt. to pay interest rates of 4272%

4. "We'll be notified by Intrum whenever you settle the debt, being the only way for us to lift the account's sale restriction." What restriction, I have no debt with Allegro. I have no obligation to settle anything I did not agree upon signing to selling on Allegro. Since you did not show me signed contract with my signature, or digital signature that I agree to pay interest rates of 4272% calculated from zero, go where russian ship sank.

Allegro does not respect potential sellers, I do not expect to sell on such platform.

Have a good day.

Hello,

I'm sorry but I think I made myself clear that I do not have business relations with debt collector you mention.

If they want to go to court over 0.35Eur , then that will make really nice story for the media, I really hope allegro

will contact debt collector themselves and resolve this in timely manner in my favor.

Show me the Polish law that allow to interest rate of interest rates of 4272%, come on you can do it.

If I get additional requests to pay debt I already paid a year ago, or my account will be restricted for this reason I will go to lawyer and you do not want that.

This is last reply from scam company ALLEGRO.PL as they said they will not respond further. "allow myself to leave further correspondence unanswered."

Imagine having problems with these scammers for something more then 1.47PLN / 0.35Eur

Hello,

thank you for your message - I'm also sorry for extended waiting time for my reply.

While I do understand your situation, I've provided you with all information I could - for more please contact Intrum directly. With the very moment we've handed them in your debt and all neccessary mandates, you do have a business relation with Intrum from then on.

I believe to have addressed that case exhaustingly and can't provide you with any more information in that regard. I'll therefore allow myself to leave further correspondence unanswered.

Best Regards
