Check your the ARC chip version numbers. I have had several customers buy the newer Artisan printers. (725, 835) The ARC version 6.0R chips sets work without issue. The older 5 series may not. (this version was unstable) cheers LJH

I have used R-JetTek's OCP's Printhead Recovery fluid. Had a Epson 2200 that needed to be cleaned and flushed out. Had not printed anything with this printer for over three years. (found in my storage) This stuff worked great. I am sure others have suggestions on flushing the ciss.. LJH
