Canon's site has problems, would not accept paypal orders...clicked on place order button and nothing happened. Called Canon and they confirmed site was having "issues". I opened an incognito window (to avoid the cookies, else my same failed order returned) and placed another order using a credit card, which went though.

Wow, 250 sheets of 13 x 19 paper for $53 to my door in two days in rural Wyoming! That's only 20 cents per sheet! Plus a bunch of more free paper as gifts!

The box arrived today with one corner crushed (thanx Fedex!) Why do paper suppiers expect to ship 13" x 19" paper in a cardboard box that's 13 1/2" x 19 1/2" in size and expect it to survive without corner damage?

Called Canon to report the damage and they are replacing it all, at no charge.

The actual cost of paper must be REALLY cheap if they can afford such loss (or perhaps Fedex pays for the damage??). Interestingly, they sent me a prepaid UPS label to ship the damaged stuff back...

@turbguy If the box was damaged when it arrived you shouldn’t have accepted the package or signed for it, FedEx are notorious for dropping their packages on their ends..

All of the delivery services leave packages at my door when I am not home. I cannot recall the last time one of them left a notice of a package they tried to deliver but I was not at home to sign. Maybe it's my hood or sumpin'.

Yeah, Fedex dropped off the box and drove away...in any event, a replacement shipment os already on it's way, gratis, from Canon.

I'll report it's condition upon arrival next Tuesday.
