The part of the tube you have the picture is the place where waste Ink in passes. It's only waste Ink the comes out there. If you have Drawn ink from all and sure of ink in all printheads, make sure they are all well seated, with that I think you are good to go if the printer accept them.

my only pending doubt is regarding LC erratic behavior. Changing the printhead once more would solve that?
