Took delivery of an XP-312 last Tuesday and tested with a printout of 4 pages. Worked fine. Tried the same yesterday and nothing happened. Clicked on 'Computer' and saw that the printer icon had a big red cross on it with the message "An error occurred while reconnecting Z; to \\EPSOMBFA5A7\MEMORY CARD.
The network path was not found.
The connection has not been restored".
Accessed Epsom online 'Chat' and the agent left me hanging for 30 minutes. Closed the chat. Access the chat again and this time another agent provided me with a link to, on my computer at least, a blank page. So, I came here. Can anyone help out.
PS Printer worked on wi-fi on first day, but wont with wi-fi or USB today.
