Hi everyone
My xp-15000 is acting very strangely, it 'eats/sucks' the paper very quickly in the printer with a lot of noise and then it gets stuck, after taking all the paper out I sometimes get the message that I have to restart the printer with 000061 or 000063 underneath (I can't find what that means).all firmwares etc are up to date
Relevant software and hardware that I use MacOS 15.3.2, all software (affinity, word, photoshop etc)
What I have already found or tried
- cleaned rolls
- ran extra thick paper through it, same result
- unplug everything and waited 10-60 minutes and turn it on again
- install new printer driver on computer
I hope someone can help me.
