If the chip is empty it will not reset.
It must be over 15% of at least a total weight or 90 Grams or more.

Thanks Joe,

Somehow I had missed that video with increased details. Possibly I damaged the assembly when piercing the poppet. 7 of the 9 carts seem to work fine so probably will call the two problem carts collateral damage.

Quick question - Does the blunt needle only make one piercing, or do you a also put it into an adjacent space and pierce more than once? I know it is probably a stupid question, but I tend to overthink these things.
