Where to get ink for Canon iP4000 in Zambia, Africa

My sister lives in Zambia and does a lot of printing on her 2 iP4000's. I prefer Inktec, but does anyone have a recommendation for any bulk ink that would work in this printer that could be shipped directly to her?
