I saw a great deal on a brand new, in the box, Canon Pro-100 on craigslist so I went to pick it up. The person that I bought it from told me he had a couple of friends that wanted to sell theirs also, and if I could wait, they would bring theirs over. In the end, I got 3 of them for $50 each.

The tricky part is... I already have 4 of them. So my question to everyone is... When do you pass up the proerbial good deal? OR... Do I need intervention?

Really, with deals like this to be found, how can someone that actually purchased the printer, and paid full retail price, expect to sell it. On the same craigslist, I saw another ad selling their used one for $300, but needs ink.

@William Seawards, I reckon you have earned the right to be a member of the Printaholic and Hoarders Club, when we decide on a design for a badge we’ll send you one.:ya

God bless all those souls that can’t wont or refuse to be saved from the noise of little printers humming away in the background. :hugs O’ build yourself a den before you’re slung into the doghouse.. :old

LOL....too funny.
Last time i bought one i already had 4, and almost the same thing happened to me, only the 5th seller just had 1 friend and i paid 75 for each.
At 50 bucks a piece in your case i'd buy what ever i could get my hands on.
Although i never bought any of these with intention to make money, i sold 2 of the heads and 3 sets of ink and got all my money back.
Now what to do with 5 pro 100 bodies is another question.
Tried selling 3 of them on craigslist for 20 bucks each..............then marked those down to 15 bucks and still they sit in the room taking up space.
Next deal i come across i will ask the owner to just give me the head and ink and he can dispose of the body:celebrate

The Pro 10 in my opinion is a better all rounder, plus it’s a no brainer to refill, what more could anyone ask for.. :D

If you do not know what to do with your Pro-100's, maybe ship them overseas ?
