You are lucky you live in USA you could never do that here, they would not take it back unless faulty. If you buy online here you have 14 days to return the good in their original condition for a refund!

Well, I send a LOT of business to Amazon because of their policies here.

Also, the printer ended up defective because of that broken heater wire. Monoprice said I could return it, so they are on the same page too.
