Thank you stratman, panos. When I purchased the printer few weeks back, I wanted to use CISS. I found sales ads in Philippine and malaysia sites where they sell new Canon MP258 printer with CISS installed and maybe w/ vendor warranty!! When I was going through this site, I noticed several posts mentioning Canon and CISS don't go together. I am not sure if that is applicable only for newer/more advanced printers (or having print head in the cartridge makes any difference for CISS). I started rethinking regarding using CISS or refill the carts. Whatever I finally do, I will update my experience.
