What is causing this printing problem?

Sorry for the delay. I tried cleaning the timing strip -which btw is not very easy with the MG5750 as it doesn't have a wide opening. Doesn't seem to have any effect. So I ordered a new printer instead.
I hope this one will last longer. Thank you all for your help.
