You could do the same with filament but it would be nowhere near as good a quality as that, very nice..:hugs
Thanks. Resolution/quality issues aside, how long would a filament printer take to run a piece that size? (10cmx8cmx4.5cm)? This took 8,5 hours on the resin printer. My instinct is that the filament printer would be faster?

At least half that time or more depending on the model printer, and it can be used straight off the printer, no curing necessary..

The regulation wound be the same only a bit hairier..

P.S. I use OpenSCAD..

Curing isn't all that much additional time. 2-3 minutes is all that's needed. I get what you're saying there though, one less step to monkey with. Do you have to wash FDM prints when they finish?

The GF has a solar fountain in a big dish. The nozzles that come with it shoot the water too high and out of the dish, so she's forced to refill it multiple times a day.

I decided to print a few different nozzles to balance functionality (looks and sound) with keeping water in the dish. A few tries in onshape and I came up with this:

Works GREAT! She's noticed she hasn't needed to refill the fountain at all in days!

Elegoo clear red standard resin. Then sanded to 1500 and clear epoxy. It's just a hair under 5" tall.

I made my first "practical" thing today. I keep misplacing my spot UV flashlight and have to go hunting for where I took it out of my pocket the last time. So, I whipped up a little clip to give it a home on one of the legs of my art supply shelf. After some filing, it's exactly what I wanted. Crude, but effective.

Here's the model (tinkercad).

Here's the clip after some abuse with hand files.

Here's the end result in action.
