Using R320 ink in 1400?

Hello Everyone!

My first post on this forum and I have what might be a dumb question. But I've not figured it out and it would be great if I could.

I've just gone through two R320's and two R340 Epson printers.

All of these had a CISS and waste tank added.

Because I used them so much, I purchased a lot of ink.

But now that they are dead and my next printer arriving soon will be an Epson 1400, I'm wondering if my ink can be used with the 1400 when I add a CISS and tank to it when it arrives?

Otherwise, I'm stuck with a few bottles of R320 ink.

Anyone know if there is a problem using it on the 1400?

you should be pretty sure that the inks are not the problem causing the breakdown of your R320s, the Epson photo printers are all using Claria dye inks so you may use compatible inks as well on this printer family. But it is recommend as always with 3rd party inks and papers to get your specific color profiles for the correct color rendition with such inks.
