Syringes for refilling. What do you use / do?

Refilling the BCI-3/6 tanks is essentially nothing more than injecting ink into the reservoir. Once the outlet is sealed to avoid leakage while the reservoir side has any opening that allows air to get in, you make the opening in the reservoir. You can remove/replace the existing plug or make a small hole in the upper side of the reservoir which you then seal over with duct tape or drill a hole on top which you then seal with a machine screw - preferebly nylon. I've seen the Hobbicolors website and eBay store and I'm very impressed by what they offer. I don't know how good the ink is, although those who've reported on it say it's fine. The empty ink cartridges with nylon screws that come with the kit are definately the way to go in my opinion, if you don't already have a stock of cartridges on hand.

As for syringes, I'm working on a refilling system now that eliminates using syringes (and mess). Once it's complete I'll post photos.
