I have strange problem on the plotter Stylus Pro 11880.Light cyan damper and ink tube has vaccum with air bubble. On the nozzle check I have missing Cyan segment,Light cyan is good. I tried change print head and dampers ,same problem. I can not see any problem on the ink tubes to the cartridge. I put new all cartridges. I have not tool for checking air,ink leak in tubes, pressure check. On display I see all cartridges with good ink levels.

Some would suggest the Epson Adjustment Program to initialize the ink lines but that will waste a lot of ink on all the other lines and still might not solve the issue if there is a clog or leaks somewhere. I would try to manually pressurize the cyan cartridge while installed to see if it forces cyan into the line. Not sure how easy it is to access that and hook a hose and large syringe up to it while disassembled but I think it’s worth trying if you aren’t going to pay an Epson technician.
