Checked out the web site. His prices are expensive. I just bought a i9900 printhead directly from Canon for $62.00. He want $81.00.

At least in the US you can buy P/H's in japan we need to send the printer in for repair as canon wont supply the P/H on it's own.
My IP8600 PH has a dead element and I can't get a P/H for it .. it's strange

I just bought a ip8600 P/H from them .. they are cheaper than officestoredepot just a shame I couldn't get it from Canon

Just to note there was certainly a time when you could purchase direct from Canon in the USA, but I seem to remember that they now require you to be a refurb/service-engineer to buy from them...

I could be wrong but I seem to remember someone posting that up recently.

I called Canon USA about two weeks ago and got a quote for a new print head. Only question they asked me was "Do you want it?".
